THE GOOD OLD GODS

So, it’s almost time for bed.
Then, I realize: I need a new
post for WestVirginiaVille,
because that concert is
over. It went pretty
darn well,
thank
you.

I
offer you
this gander down a long
road in the Zumwalt Prairie
in northeastern
Oregon.

Where I
hear tell, the gods –
the good Old Gods (and
the Goddesses) –
still live.

But
you  should
know: They only come
out at dusk. Also,
when we’re not
looking.
